There was a small rush of trout anglers keen to start the season, the water although a bit cold did not deter the sport anglers. Pike fishing as normal but we will close the West end of the loch to boat and bank fishing as from 28 March.  This will only last for a few weeks then we will return to normal . There is a new regime at Vennachar lochside and we are keen to encourage all sport  anglers and promote a healthy and enjoyable environment.
